I can click to and from it, but the tab itself is completely blank. But obviously I don't want to be using headphones all the time.Īs well (I'm pretty sure this is the problem but I can't find anything on it) my AudioWizard tab in my audio manager is blank. sound comes through my headphones just fine and it's using the same driver as the speakers are. Plugging in headphones solves the problem, i.e. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Realtek HD drivers over and over again, tried to use the generic sound drivers, I've tried 'configuring speakers', I've tried turning on and off enhancements over and over again, I've tried changing the frequency as well.
When doing sound tests both the left and right speaker responds, but when playing video/music it reverts to sounding like it's coming from the centre of the speaker. I would almost say it sounds mono, like all the sound is coming from the centre of the speaker instead of from the entire length of it. I have a Realtek HD sound card and when I upgraded everything seemed to go fine, but my sound sounds like it's coming through a tin can (like it's hollow) instead of the HD sound and almost surround (despite being a laptop) sound that I'm used to. Ever since upgrading to Windows 10 I have a sound problem which I'm having trouble explaining, so I can't really find a fix for it.
